Payment & Appointment Policies

At Ohmii, appointments are carefully scheduled to provide each client with dedicated, uninterrupted time. The following policies help ensure a smooth, professional experience for everyone.

A 50% booking fee is required to secure all appointments.

• The booking fee is applied towards your treatment on the day
• Booking fees are transferable with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice
• Booking fees are non-refundable
• Full payment is due at each appointment

Repeat late cancellations or missed appointments may require full pre-payment at the time of booking.

We understand that plans sometimes change. To allow the appointment time to be offered to another client:

• A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule
• Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the booking fee being forfeited
• Missed appointments (no-shows) will be treated as a late cancellation

Please arrive on time for your appointment.

Late arrival may result in a shortened treatment time in order to avoid disruption to the next client. The full treatment fee will still apply.

All new electrolysis clients must attend an Initial Consultation and Patch Test before starting treatment.

This applies even if you have previously received electrolysis elsewhere.

The consultation includes:

• Skin and hair assessment
• Medical and hormonal history review
• Treatment planning and time expectations
• Opportunity to ask questions

Massage therapy at Ohmii is a professional therapeutic service for women only.

To ensure comfort and hygiene:

• Please shower before your appointment
• Arrive 10 minutes early to change and settle
• Late arrival may reduce your treatment time

To maintain a calm, private treatment space:

• One client per treatment room only
• There is no waiting area available
• Please attend your appointment alone where possible

For safety and to maintain a professional environment:

Children under the age of 10 are not permitted on the premises
